Parque La Carolina is the largest park in Quito, Ecuador. Known as “La Carolina.” It is located in the center of Quito central business district. La Carolina park is a great place to practice sports like basketball, and football (soccer). There is also a children’s playground, a family picnic area, and some running tracks. In the southern part of the park, visitors may enjoy nice fountains, man-made waterways, bridges, and sculptures. There is a lake where boats are available for rent.
