Carchi province

Carchi is a province located in the Andean highlands of Ecuador. This province is situated north of the country on the border with Colombia. Carchi's main attractions are the Topiary Garden Cemetery, El Angel Ecological Reserve, and Lady of Peace (Virgin's Grotto)  known as "Gruta de la Paz" in Spanish.
